What You'll Do

As an Air Duct Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality air duct and HVAC cleaning services while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial air duct cleaning services in accordance with NADCA standards.
• Clean dryer vent systems and HVAC components.
• Inspect HVAC systems and identify potential issues or deficiencies.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Explain services, findings, and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Complete required job documentation, photos, and reports.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Represent IAQ Experts professionally at every customer location.

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC, air duct cleaning, restoration, construction, or related experience is preferred but not required .
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other confined areas.
• Comfortable working on ladders and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
