Supporting cancer patients in their hour of need, the remote Member Advocate will educate patients about available services, serve as a first point of contact for inquiries, and assist with care coordination efforts. Key responsibilities Educate patients and their families on the support available through the CancerNavigator Service Contact patients to offer support and answer initial inquiries Assist with care coordination, including appointment scheduling and insurance-related needs Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a patient-facing role, preferably with cancer patients Familiarity with various systems, such as call systems and EHR/patient portals Experience in outreach to engage patients in programs is strongly preferred Spanish fluency is a plus A genuine passion for supporting patients and families affected by cancer
