Job Title

Job Description: Provides administrative support to the service manager. Acts as an internal and external interface.

Main Responsibilities

Perform administrative tasks in support of the service manager

Track training openings in conjunction with the service manager and DAFPIC services. Update the tracking table.

Respond to UFA and internal information in conjunction with the service manager

Update, manage, and provide information related to the NET CANDIDAT portal (new training courses to be created, candidate registration modalities, etc.)

Develop, transmit, and track UFA creation agreements, update the tracking table

Provide physical and telephone reception. Manage and ensure the traceability of mail.

Support the service manager in communication: act as an interface with external stakeholders, manage the service's outbound communication via the apprenticeship service functional box.

Interface with internal and external stakeholders (appointments, interviews)

Schedule annual interviews, prepare supporting documents (administrative part)

Update and track leave requests, telework, TIPI regularization, and transmit information to various stakeholders

Enter, format, reproduce, and distribute various documents (letters, reports)

Manage logistics, organization, preparation, and follow-up of meetings and formalize meeting minutes

Enter and update databases

Support the deployment of the quality approach

Other: Indicative salary range: 1,900 to 2,100 gross per month
